Getting started
- Add an aircraft: open the Aircraft tab and tap to add your tail number and details.
- Invite pilots: from an aircraft, open Manage Members and invite a co-owner or pilot by the email they registered with (requires ShareCraft Pro).
- Book a flight: use the Calendar tab to request time; owners can approve requests or auto-approve their own.
- Log a flight: tap Log Flight to record Hobbs/tach, fuel, times, landings, and approaches.
- Track maintenance: open an aircraft's Maintenance card to record annual, 100-hour, oil, and avionics inspections.
Subscriptions
ShareCraft Pro is $24.99/month or $249.99/year with a 30-day free trial. To manage or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Common questions
- Why can't I invite a pilot? The recipient needs an existing Pilot ShareCraft account, and inviting requires ShareCraft Pro.
- Why am I seeing a schedule conflict? Conflicts are detected only for the same aircraft and overlapping times among approved/pending bookings.
- Will I lose my logbook if I leave an aircraft? No — your flight logs are always preserved.
