When you're ready, you can share the aircraft with co-owners on a conflict-free booking calendar and split operating costs.

You write your aircraft's Log Flight link to a reusable NFC tag directly from the app — any blank NTAG213 or newer tag works — and stick it on the panel or your kneeboard. Tapping your iPhone to the tag opens the Log Flight screen for that exact aircraft automatically. If you'd rather use paper, the app can generate and share a QR code that does the same thing.

Your departure airport carries over from where your last flight ended, and your arrival airport is detected from your location — so by the time you shut down, the route is usually already filled in. Each aircraft has its own calendar. The app checks for overlapping times on that specific tail — both instantly in the app and again on the server when you submit — so two pilots can never confirm the same airplane at the same time, while different aircraft never falsely conflict.
